Tri Smart Coaching was founded by MJ Slikas.  MJ is an accomplished triathlete and has competed in all distances of triathlon from Sprint to Ironman.  Her triathlon career includes 6 Ironman finishes, one of them being the World Championship in Kona, HI.  MJ is the head coach of the Lincoln Way Masters Swim Team based in Frankfort, IL.  MJ is also a USAT Level I Certified Coach, has qualified for and run the Boston Marathon, has completed 4 Ironman distance races and consistently places in the top of her age group in all distances of triathlon.
